Initial Planning Conversation
This is where our work begins.
The initial planning conversation is a private, advisory meeting designed to assess ownership structure, succession considerations, and long-term exposure. It is intended for business owners who are thinking beyond immediate operations and into continuity.
This is not a general estate planning consultation. It is a focused discussion of how control, responsibility, and transition will function over time.
What This Conversation Covers
During this meeting, we examine:
-
How ownership and decision-making authority are currently structured
-
Where succession risk or ambiguity exists
-
How incapacity, transition, or competing interests would be handled
-
Whether formal planning is appropriate, and at what level
The purpose is clarity. Not urgency. Not documents.
Who This Is For
This conversation is intended for:
-
Business owners with meaningful assets
-
Founders planning for succession or long-term continuity
-
Families managing ownership across entities or generations
If you are looking for a document review, pricing quote, or general overview, this meeting may not be the right fit.
