About the firm

A small firm built around one attorney and a well-run digital bench.

Toure Legal is intentionally lean. You work directly with the attorney on every planning decision, and a coordinated digital support team keeps intake, documents, scheduling, and follow-up moving between conversations.

Founding Attorney

Ahmed Toure

I started Toure Legal after watching too many families discover, at the worst possible moment, that the house, the accounts, and the decision-making authority did not line up. The documents existed. They just did not work together.

My practice is estate and legacy planning for Metro Atlanta families, professionals, and business owners. That means reading the deed, checking beneficiary designations, asking who is actually going to make decisions at two in the morning, and putting the recommendation in writing before any work begins.

I keep the firm small on purpose. Every plan is drafted and reviewed by me, quoted at a flat fee, and explained in language your family can follow without a lawyer in the room.

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia
  • Estate planning, probate avoidance, and business succession
  • Flat-fee engagements with written scope before work begins
  • Serving Metro Atlanta families, professionals, and business owners

How we work

Three commitments that shape every engagement

Attorney-led, always

No document mill, no template hand-off. Planning conversations, drafting, and review sit with the attorney.

Plain language

If your family cannot explain the plan to each other, the plan is not finished.

Written and flat-priced

Scope and price are in writing before work starts, so the engagement never becomes a surprise.

Digital support staff

The bench behind the attorney

Between meetings, a digital support bench handles the logistics so nothing sits waiting. Each function is supervised by the attorney, and anything requiring legal judgment comes back to me.

Digital support

Intake Coordinator

First contact and assessment

Collects your short assessment, flags urgent situations, and prepares a clean summary of your property, authority, and continuity concerns before your first conversation.

Digital support

Document Concierge

Deeds, records, and drafts

Requests and organizes deeds, titles, beneficiary statements, and prior documents, then routes finished drafts into your secure client portal for review and signature.

Digital support

Scheduling Assistant

Calendars and reminders

Handles booking, reschedules, signing-day logistics, and reminder sequences so meetings and deadlines are never the reason a plan stalls.

Digital support

Portal & Alerts Desk

Updates and follow-through

Keeps matter status current, posts new documents, and sends the portal and email alerts that tell you exactly what changed and what needs your attention next.

Next step

Planning works best when you know who is on the other side of it.

Bring your questions about the home, authority, or the business. We will tell you plainly what the plan should cover.
